Answers before you ask

Which polyacrylamide grade should I use for my application?+
Send us your water or slurry analysis (TSS, pH, salinity, temperature) and target result. Our engineers run free jar tests and recommend 1–2 grades with dosage ranges, typically within 48 hours.
Do you provide free samples before I place an order?+
Yes. 1–2 kg samples ship free by express courier with COA and MSDS. Bulk pre-shipment samples for container orders are also available.
What is your MOQ and delivery time?+
MOQ is 1 tonne for standard grades; a 20' container loads 18–20 t. Standard grades ship in 7–10 days after payment; customised grades in 2–3 weeks.
Which packaging options do you offer?+
Standard: 25 kg PE-lined woven bags on pallets, or 750 kg / 800 kg jumbo bags. Customised private-label packaging and 20 kg / 50 kg bags are available for OEM/ODM orders.
Can you ship to the Middle East, Central Asia, Russia and Canada?+
Yes — we export regularly to the Middle East, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, Russia and Canada by sea, rail and road, with full export documentation (COA, MSDS, certificate of origin, packing list, invoice).
How do you guarantee batch-to-batch consistency?+
Every batch is tested for molecular weight, degree of hydrolysis, residual monomer and dissolution time against the retained reference sample. A COA is issued with each shipment, and third-party inspection (SGS/BV) can be arranged before loading.
